For university students

The reading list, the citation list, and the calendar. One quiet workbench.

All Squared is a calmer home for the sources, syllabi, and weekly schedule your courses give you. Connect Canvas once, paste a syllabus, and your week assembles itself. With an AI assistant that already knows what’s on it.

Free to start. Canvas integration and a starter pool of AI tokens are included.

What it actually does

Four things, done well.

01Canvas

Connect once. The schedule pours in.

Paste your Canvas URL and a personal access token, and All Squared reads your courses, assignments, discussions, modules, pages, and quizzes on your behalf. The dashboard rebuilds your week from that data with deep links back to Canvas for the actual submission. Token is encrypted at rest. We never write back.

02Sources

Sources in one place. Cited the way the assignment wants them.

Add a citation by pasting a URL, dropping in a PDF, or pasting a bibliography block. The library handles eleven source types (journal, book, book chapter, website, video, conference paper, thesis, report, newspaper, magazine, podcast) and formats them in APA, MLA, Chicago, or Harvard. Inline citations include a quick page-range override, so the parenthetical updates without a save.

Formatted citation

APA

Donahue, W. E. (2021). Concepts of process improvement. In Unlocking Lean Six Sigma(pp. 93–112). Centrestar Learning.

Inline, with page override

…the framework is widely applied (Donahue, 2021, pp. 93–112) in modern operations.

03Chat

An assistant that has read your syllabus.

The chat is scoped: ask about a single week, a whole course, or your entire library. The system prompt is assembled from the course metadata you imported, the relevant citations, the week’s readings and discussion prompts, and a small profile you write in onboarding. The model is Anthropic’s Claude running on AWS Bedrock; your messages are not used to train it.

PJMT 530 / Week 4

You

What’s the through-line between this week’s readings and the midterm rubric?

All Squared

Both readings frame process improvement as a cultural intervention before a statistical one. Donahue (2021) ch. 4 sets up DMAIC; the rubric’s “change-management justification” row is asking you to do the same move on your own case. Want me to pull three quotes from the chapter to anchor that section?

04This week

What’s due, all at once. Grouped by the day, not the app.

The dashboard lays out every reading, assignment, discussion, quiz, and event from every course, by date, in the time zone of the course itself. Check items off as you finish them; progress follows you back to the course page. Overdue items surface at the top until you handle them.

How it goes

About a minute to set up. Then it’s yours.

  1. 01Connect

Paste a Canvas URL and a personal token.

Read-only access. We don't post, submit, or message on your behalf. The token is encrypted at rest and revocable from Settings.

  2. 02Import

    Drop in a syllabus.

PDF or pasted text. The parser pulls out weekly readings, grading breakdown, learning objectives, and the source list. Edit anything before saving.

  3. 03Read, cite

    Open the dashboard Monday.

The week is grouped by day. Click into a course for the schedule and source list. Open chat for a question. Copy a citation in the format your professor asks for.

How we treat your stuff

Plainly, on a single page.

Your Canvas API token is encrypted before it touches the database. PDFs you upload are parsed in memory and discarded; we don’t keep a copy. Your chat conversations and citations live in your account; you can delete any of them at any time.

We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it for advertising, and we don’t use your content to train AI models. AI features run on Anthropic’s Claude via AWS Bedrock, whose terms prohibit training on your content.
